How do rental periods work?
Party items rent by the day or weekend at the same rate. Equipment items rent for 4 hours or the day, with special rates for longer periods.Is delivery and pickup available?

In the event of a mechanical failure, we prioritize minimizing disruption to your project. We offer on-site repair services for minor issues. Our goal is to resolve any equipment issues promptly and efficiently.Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
We expect equipment to be returned in a reasonably clean condition. For items like garden tillers or concrete tools, remove any excess dirt or debris. If equipment is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may be applied. We require a non-refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total rental fee, to secure a reservation. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing.
