Canopies (Tents) 16X16 AND LARGER REQUIRE DELIVERY AND SET UP

*Our canopies (defined by fire regulations as a open or no side wall tent) require permits only if larger than 20X20.

*Tents (defined as a canopy with side walls) erected on commercial properties:
Now require building and fire permits, if larger than 10X12.
This means having a site plan, making applications, and getting inspections.
The cost for this varies (Saturday inspections are extra), but is in addition to rent and delivery fees.
Tents cannot be erected within 15 feet of permanent structures.

*Tents erected on residential properties:
Need a fire permit if walls are installed.
This means making an application, and getting an inspection.
The cost for this varies (Saturday inspections are extra), but is in addition to rent and delivery fees.

*All above regulations apply only in Mecklenburg County, NC.

DELIVERY CHARGES ARE BASED ON DISTANCE.

SIDEWALLS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $30.00 PER 30’ SECTION.

COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS.
