DELIVERY CHARGES — Prices for delivery are quoted “each way.” The standard rate includes ground floor, tailgate/loading dock delivery. Equipment is left stacked, ready for set up. Each store has a minimum rental fee required. Additional fees may apply to buildings with security check points or if items must be taken up stairs, elevators, etc.
 

SPECIAL REQUESTS — Special delivery instructions or set up requirements will be quoted on an individual basis. When your order requires special instructions, please let us know beforehand. Special requests may include:
    • other than ground floor/tailgate delivery
    • set-up and take-down of equipment
    • limited access facilities
    • office buildings or apartment building complexes with freight elevators
    • banquet halls
    • club houses
    • special delivery or pick up times
With advance notice special requests present no difficulty. An additional fee is charged for such requests. When placing your order, please explain the particular delivery requirements to your event consultant.

NOTE TO TENT CUSTOMERS- When placing an order for tents, please advise whether we can use stakes (our normal method) or if we will need to use water barrels to secure the tent. This is usually only necessary if the tent is placed on pavement.  A fee of $15.00 per barrel is required if we can fill on your site, or $25 per barrel if we need to bring them pre-filled. The number of barrels required varies by tent size.
